Alright im going the zzp valve cover breather/pcv plug route. But i have one question. What exactly do i plug the pcv hole with?

you need a 3/8” x16 threaded plug. you can get them pretty much anywhere. auto parts stores or hardware stores will def. have them. here is a write-up on how to do it if you dont know already:
