MS is great for a NA or low boost motor. I could of wired mine to do spark but thought it would be easier in the long run to do OBD2 since of how heavily moded my car is. if you interest i can sell you my complete MS kit and all you have to do is hook up a couple of wires and change the injector settings (since i'm running 65lb injectors)

ok, how difficult is it to wire to the car, splice in to sensors? How exactly does it work, bypass the stock computer? Are the injecter settings done via the computer? i am running 19 lb injecters, i'm looking at 6-12 lbs of boost out of a SC in the future, will this system handle it?
also, is the tuning softwar eeasy for a semi-novice?
ok a good place to start would be MS web site www.megasquirt.info. second of all it is not hard to wire up. simple unbolt the PCM so you can get to the connectors, find the few wires you need to hook up to MS. Most of the wires you cut and splice into MS and forget about the PCM others, like the ECT, will need to either share the signal (not recommended) or do what i did and put another ECT inline with one of the heater hoses so the fans don't run all the time. it seems harder than it is but i, along with some others can help you through it. the injector settings are done through MS. remember MS IS A STAND-A-LONE! it doesn't work with the stock PCM at all. your going to have to run bigger injectors than 19 if you want to run that much boost. most people use a FMU to up their fuel volume but since your using MS you can simply run bigger injectors. the tuning software is pretty simple to use. i recommend using a WOB2 to make it even easier.
as for spark control i don't know. it can be done on a 3.4 but no one has done it as far as i know. thats the main reason i didn't even want to mess with it because no one hard tried it before and i didn't have the knowledge/time to be the first one to mess with it. i would ask turboproject more about.
if your serious about going with a MS system let me know, i'm not using mine anymore and i'll let it and my WOB2 go for a pretty good deal.

thanks, i actually spend 2 hours today reading up on the site, and running the demo videos. Wow this is involved and so cool at the same time. the OWB2 is the wideband scanner?? I am interested in possibly using ur setup, but need to plan my setup out first. I know this sounds stupid, but can i keep my 19 lb and use an fmu to accomodate my S/C. Also, what megasquirt untit do you have, and is it the one that can calculate the VE by itself. Do u have saved files that u ran to give me a starting point. besides u and turbo project, is there anyone else out there on the board using this? What are u looking at for prices. I am also waiting to hear back from westers garage, they have my comp, and are seeing if they can program it because they do tons of SC 3.4 fieros, so they have knowledge on the AF tables and what not?
i have the LC-1 WBO2 from innovate. you can keep your 19lb injectors but its safer and more constant to just use MS alone. I have MS2 and the 2.3 code. Which is the type were you can adjust both VE and AFR values. i have files already setup from my setup. i don't know of anyone on here that uses MS but there are TONS of people that help on MS's boards. I paid around 600-700 for my complete MS kit (MS unit, harness and Stimulator), plus 150 for the WBO2. I'm looking for around 425 for everything. If your seriously interested EMAIL me and we'll work something out.
