firebird intercooler

ok so i am under the car lastnight and i am looking for a good spot for the inter cooler. but it looks like it is not going to work as well as a intercooler setup if it were on a camaro. now should i try to but some procharger twin intercoolers "the one that go infront of the wheels" or what should i do? just need some help frome people that have done this.

twin inner coolers woulld dramatically lower boost.

All you need to do is mount the inner cooler parrallel to the ground

ok sounds cool, i think i will put the hard rubber backing on it like they do with the twin intercoolers, so it will help with flow.

can any one get the size specks on the one's that are on their car. my brother has one at his house that looks close but want to be sure, if i just need to buy one or not

I don't know. Jenn has done it though and I think she preferred that over the parrellel mounting. SHe made 10psi with the same pulley.

It'd be good to hear it from Jenn herself.

I got it done , check on my site , but I will reccomend to get ATI for lower boost ot watercooler for high.

as for the ATI twin's people run them with success on ls1's but there is some pressure loss, how much is anyones guess.

if your want to run the intercooler under the car like before the radiator, make sure you have some way to duct the air in (slight tilt or actuall ducting.)

also is this for a turbo or supercharger???

I KNOW its inTer cooler, but I always say and will always say inner, dont know why, just will.

SilverRS brought it up to me the other day, and I will continue with INNER, it sounds less proper and i like it.
