if you buy from someone out of country with 0 feedback you deserve to be ripped off. Also if you dont use paypal for any reason you are a fool.

I almost lost 600 dollars to some **** with an amazing scam. I bought an amp and he faked the tracking number so i couldnt see it. I quickly filed a dispute on paypal and he sent me a package labled "paypal fraud protection" with a return adress somewhere in cali. I know that paypal does not operate out of cali so i refused the package and got the mailman to sign a witness thing that he saw me reject the package. The ******* updated the tracking number the same day to be that package. I explained what happend to my parents and that ****er felt the whole rath of an angry mommy. She filed a police report for mail fraud and reported him to both the bank and credit card company. Last i heard our credit card company took him to court and he was facing a lot of jailtime. I got the chargeback 4 weeks after the incident began. From then on out I decided to only buy from people with a LOT of feedback, only in this country, I try to only buy from stores or locally.

Bottom line: be careful because there are tons of people out there trying to steal your money.
