I am assuming you are talking 3800 motors. 93-02 are the same exact motor minus the throttle body and header changes in 99.

Bottom line.....ehhh...there is no "best year" or factory freak year to boost.

The 00-02 do have better flowing upper intakes.

Eh, pretty much. You can get HP Tuners for all the 3.8's which is really good tuning software. But only 99-02 can you get Hypertech programmers, but those arent really worth the money anyway.

yeah but is a all out race car, just a little 355 with 2 kits, i dont know much about computer cars, but i know alot about turbo and spary, i just want somthing to paly with and a sporty daily driver, and I really like the 98 and up camaro and firebird

2000+ is best to get then less upgrades to start with accualy 2000-2002 seem to be the best years for boost do to 2002 fuel system changes
