      Re: twin turbo?

That first one is just crazy. No burnout, solid launch and you pulled a 1.6 60ft. Not to mention letting off the throttle at the 1/8.

Looking forward to the new record.

No, norwalk is under construction and had the scales removed.

sorry but that cracks me up. these were just shakedown runs. this car will make every car on this site look like a rock when its said and done.

                        Re: twin turbo?

Thanx guys, I'll keep you guys up to date. I'm hoping to make it to the track in the next week. I'm just finishing things up and then I need to get it aligned. I've got a feeling when I leave the line on some boost I'll need to change my shorts. In the late night hours the day before the track somehow I accidentally wired the line lock to the 2-step instead of the trans brake, lol easy fix. Just little things like that.

                          Re: twin turbo?

i understand they were just shake down runs to get a general idea, but i know there is WAY more than that in that car. nothing is trivial, once everything is done and all the kinks are worked out, its going to be one hell of a car. (not that it isnt already) but vipers car regardless of how this one runs is still going to be absolutely astounding to me.

cant wait to see the finished product.

highhp, keep it up and break into the 8's for all of us in the 3800 world!

                            1. that car is not street leagle

                            2. i still have my heat and AC

3&4. i can still DD my car if i want, with a passenger

                            5. I can drive it 6-9 hours to a track if i want to

you can't really compare the cars really. mine is a 3500 lb street car with a 10.99 goal. if i only make one 10.99999999 pass i'm happy.

plus he has a trans brake :P

i hope he runs 7's so people will leave me the hell alone with the "why is your car not faster?" BS

I agree with viper, These are 2 totally different setups. I built mine to show what a drag car with the 3800 is capable. I wouldn't compare mine with his. I didn't build mine to compete with his. It wouldn't be fair to even put them in the same class which is why I didn't respond to the reply about me being behind him. For a daily driven street car, his is plenty fast. I hope you accomplish your goal Viper.
