yah umm..your wastegate isnt gonna work right there...ON FFH dans (above photo) is where its suposed to be. I have under the K member style and i added the external wastegate on there too but I did it all myself. First time i moved it, it was in the wrong area and it NEVER opened up. Then I moved it to a much better spot (i was having room issues the first time) and it works like it should now.

hmmm....i hope it opens up. To be honest, i didnt see any other place to mount it and according to a few turbo guys i know it should work. But if it won't then I have no idea what to do seeing as I had to drill a hole in the manifolds to mount it there. Any suggestions???

well is there anyway you could get us full pictures of the manifolds and where the turbo bolts up?? that would help a bunch

In this pic, you can see where the turbo bolts up right under the black 90* coupling. If you look a little to the right, you can see where the wastegate is mounted. Hope this helps.

right above where your turbo bolts up....thats where the wastegate should be. You can go to a auto parts store and get some small 1" piping or so and make a pipe comming off where the 2 manifolds meet together and you can mount the wastegate on the end of it and weld the other end in...it should look exactly like dans in thw above photo (UDLOSE)

it will open....... boost opens it not exhaust flow

but it will work hard to control boost since its still getting a full charge from the other bank

So in essence, it will work fine where it is now running on 7psi or should i move it?

it may work fine at low psi but at hight psi your goign to get boost creep because it can not bleed off to slow the turbo down like it needs to

any ideas where i could relocate the power steering box? At the moment, its pushed under the blue coupler.

I had to do lots of relocations like wires, ac, ps. After I done i have nothing between engine and fans. have to make some room to work.
High pressure ps hose was bad , but I got running to the side. for the reservoir I had to buy 2-3ft hose because stock was too short. Remove bracket, turn it 180* and use a hole where plastic ring for alt use to be to bolt the bracket to the frame further down (behind abs). Make another hole little bit higher and tap it to the frame to secure the bracket.
