Re: can you use headers from a grand national?
the 4.3 turbo syclone/typhoon engine is a cool idea but I don't think it would fit under our hoods without some serious fabrication.
Not saying you can't do it, I'm all for doing something different just want you to know it would not be a simple engine swap. Quite honestly with all of the forced induction development that has been done for the 3800 you could go that route for less money.-Brad

Re: can you use headers from a grand national?
the 4.3 would be able to hold more and plus i want to go twins just got done putting twins turbo on my friends mustang with a stock bottom end .074 head gaskets and 38 lbs injectors he made 475 rwhp and 525lb of torque with only 8 lbs of boost with a stock cobra emc we had purfect air and fuel mix. the turbo's we used we found at car swap meet for a 150.00 we made the headers the turbo's are t04"b's" with 60. a/r 65 exshauts next week we are going for 20lbs of boost lol....as far as making stuff goes i can do most of it and design it i'm a machinst and my friend ranks high for welding and fab.
