I am looking into a 6-9 psi setup from a Vortech v9. Are the bosch ones ok or do I need a GREddy? Are there any major differences, and also do different ones make different sounds?

I hate bosch. It's plastic and the diaphram as a tendency to rip.

Vortech BOV is pretty good and so is greddy.

bosch will probably work fine for you. besides if it does break they are only like 10-20 bucks on ebay, so it's not like its a big deal if it does die. Most people just want one that makes a loud noise or looks cool and to me there is no need for it. Granted if you are running higher levels of boost you might want a higher quality peice but for your levels it will probably not be an issue.

Thanks, yeah looks are second to me now. Is there a certain Bosch part number or model tht I need? Also I take it the Bosch ones don't make the cool sound
