Re: Turbo question?
an intercooler is an intercooler, alot of turbo diesel use aftercoolers though.
size is going to be your biggest issue with both.
maybe a turbo off a cummins 5.9 turbo diesel will work, they look about right or anyother turbo that size. see if you can get specs on the turbo.
im in school to be a diesel tech, i play with turbo's all day long too.1998 bright red camaro ,M5 ,Y87 ,stock

Originally posted by Rune:
If it smells like a turd and looks like a turd, chances are its probably not a candy bar.

Re: Turbo question?
keep in mind that most american diesel engines are built for big displacement low rev engines. the HUGE difference in applications is undoubtedly going to lead to differeneces in design of the turbo. will it work? probably, but make sure you do your research and find a turbo thats right for your v6.2000 3.8L Camaro A4 Pewter Y87
K&N Filter, SLP Ram Air kit, Eibach Pro Kit, Flowmaster 80 series, Silverstars, NGK plugs and MSD Super Conductor Wires, Electric Water Pump
