Re: Building a rear mount turbo setup
Hey guys, my T4 turbo came friday, and my wastegate will be here sometime this week..Still have more stuff to get so this project probably won't be finished till sometime next month.....
I'm going to run an intercooler, that way I can get a little more HP out of this setup. Should run pretty good when all Dialed in...I'll get some pics up this week when I mount the turbo and start running the piping..

Re: Building a rear mount turbo setup
Hey Im in the process of doing this as well... i have the turbo intercooler bov external wastegate, boost controller, boost gauge, the intercooler piping and a flange kit, i just need to know where i can find a decent electric oil scavenging pump to run the oil back to the oil pan...I also have upgraded my brakes to cross drilled and slotted/vented rotors w/ ceramic pads. You need to make sure you do the PCV mod in ur throttle body by tapping the hole on the back side with a 3/8-16 tap and get a 3/8-16 set screw to plug it, and you need to put a filter in place of your oil filler cap as well. maybe u know about this already...not trying to jack your thread...but does anyone know where i can get that scavenge pump?

Re: Building a rear mount turbo setup
is it just me or is it gonna be a bitc* to spool that T4 and actually make good boost effiently with it on a rear mount 3.4?? Not to mention, you will loose about 3-4 PSI between all the piping from the turbo through the intercooler and into the TBLast edited by Kidcamaro98; 03-08-2007, 11:35 AM.Juiced Rally Red 98 A4

Way too much to list....

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2263415
