Hey guys, I'm workin on the turbo build. Building complete motor then hoping to throw 25psi of boost at it - hopefully to the tune of 500hp. My question right now is fuel system related. I was going to go with a high pressure whalbro in the tank, and 65# injectors. Do you think an fmu would be neccesary in this situation or is that way overkill when I already have 65lb/hr injectors feeding my 3.8?
on a stock engine at 25 psi they will be good, I run 57# ones in my car and have not gotten above 90% duty cycle yet on upto 25#s of boost. I use alky injection too though. If you do things such as porting and cam, ect, you will be using more fuel. I'd just use the injectors and then add the FMU later if you need it
