Well I plan on updating this thread as often as I change something. Any questions that are to be asked, please post here and I will do my best to answer them (or someone else may help). So first things first, I'm gonan breakt his down into sections.
1.) How a turbocharger works
A.) Turbochargers compress the air flowing into the engine.
* With the air compressed, it lets more air into the cylinder, which with more air, you can add more fuel.
* More air/fuel results in a more powerful explosion.
B.) The turbo uses exhaust flow from the engine to spin the turbine, which in turns spins the air pump.
* The turbo can be extremely hot, since it is hooked up to the exhaust.
* I know some of you are saying "now wont that cause the turbo to fail? Or wont it make the entire car runt oo hot?" We'll cover how we prevent this in furthur discussion.

A.) Turbine Gas exhaust inlet
* The entranceway for the exhaust gases
* The size of the outlet greatly affects teh amount of exhaust gases that enter the turbine housing
B.) Turbine wheel
* The wheel is spun at very high speeds (some around 150k rpm) and turns the turbine shaft
