So powerdyne has the disadvantage of a belt driven s/c because it draws away hp and has the disadvantage of a turbo cuz its not instantaneous Horse power, and can only hold soo much boost unlike a turbo and more like a s/c? Wow sounds weak. To bad its all I can afford

Well all CSC's do that. Be it paxton, procharger, or vortech. They do offer low amounts of boost off the line and will typically get better 60ft's than turbos (from what I have seen anyway). The ease of install is the major advantage CSC's have over turbos. Turbo kits are a major pain in the *** to install and some of the older kits offer poor ground clearance. They each have their place. If you want a turbo then get a turbo, don't get a supercharger and then regret it.

Like T punk said, At 9spi it offers pretty decent power and are not quite as complicated as turbos. Plus if you ever intercool it you could def up the power. its not like you start as 0 psi when you switch gears either. I know when I would make 10 PSI when it would switch It be around 7 PSI in the next gear. The only bad thing is either S/C kit you would get there are still bugs to work out and if you think you would be disappointed in the long run you might as well get a turbo

:D NC STATE hooked me up, should arrive at my house tomorrow. I will study it and do a mockset up in my head friday and hopefully be ready to install saturday after i flush out my coolant and give my car a tune up. I think I'm only going to run the 6psi pulley because i do not have the cash flow to buy the fuel pump, injectors or a HP tuners kit yet. If all goes well I might be able to install the 9psi sooner.
