well we think the FMU is shot or something cuz we are running really lean up top and maxing the stock injectors but really rich down low, so we just bought some GTP 36# injectors off a guy for $40 shipped. Should take care of the fuel problems and we can open her up on the road full bore finally.

Also the exhaust is just too loud after driving around town for the last week, so this week it is going back in our shop to try some other mufflers out to quiet down the loudmouth exhaust. It sounded sweet at idle and take off, but just cruising around 60 makes for a headache in the car. Hard to hear yourself think unfortunetely. But no big deal we will try a few mufflers out and see what we can come up with

we found a muffler today that should work good, it is what they use on the shorttrack race cars here nearby and should take some of the high rpm annoyance away and yet sound good. It is a short one that has a twist shape along the inside with a tube down the middle. Should be at the shop tomorrow

yea I got the injectors done this afternoon, kind of a pain to do in these cars too. But got them in and no leaks.

I am working on the tune, took it for a ride after the injectors and it went into reduced power mode, had to tweak the MAF hz max and such and now it is running strong again. Some KR to get rid of yet but it looks like the injectors have helped our lean issue. Also it is hitting 7psi consistantly now, so we are seeing perfect boost and no belt slippage at all.

Thing is a beast from a roll. From a dig it just spins due to it's open rear and 3.08 gears yet. Need to get the rear swapped out this winter.

gtp injectors took care of it, now I am working with Gary (amazing tuner with his own site) on the tune. He spotted some things that were still not good and we are going to tweak it some more. Maybe get to a dyno before snow flies, but it might be tough.

Spring for sure though. I will be starting to work on my own car here shortly too, got some nice little plans set for winter months. :)

no it is a W68 decal actually, it is custom made to resemble a WS6 badge.

No wideband on his car yet. I have the PLX on mine. He is out of money right now, later on maybe. At the dyno we will get the wideband readings though. Winter is around the corner and it will be parked until spring anyways.
