I have been Boosting 15psi on my bone stock motor and I started at 22K...now I have about 31K on my motor and It still does not hickup...and everytime I drive my car, I floor it atleast 2 times a day just cause I love the sound of the turbo lol
They say your safer to run boost on a higher milage motor because the rings are seated better and the compression is a little lower. Just like all the hype of forged pistons. I have seen a Dodge K-car running 10's with the a four banger (FWD), and it was pusing 30psi+ on stock cast pistons.
So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
