Meth install...Need help

Ok so i have the stage 2 snow performace MAF kit. I have everything hooked up. Everything is hooked up right but for same damn reason, the pump wont go on. I tested the pump to make sure that wasnt bad, and the ground was right by hooking it up to my battery for a quick second and it worked like a champ. Now, I dont know if any of you are familier with the snow kits but Theirs 2 boxes that hook up. Ones a variable MAF timing box, and the other is a VC-MAF. The Green wire (position 4) hooks up to the pump...Once thats hooked up, when you decrease the start up voltage on the VC-MAF controller, the pump should activate. Now, nothing happens. For some reason, that wire is not getting any power...can anyone help me?

what kind of hp does that kit give?

it doesnt add horses it cools the air temp and ups the octane level so u can run more boost

It add's HP when I can advance the timing when the Meth is injected. Thats the whole point....it takes away KR.
