i got my forward headers in a kit from Force-Fed-Fabrications. the return line is nothing more than a thick heater hose line with some NPT fittings from lowes. i used the statama (spelling?) oil pan adapter and everything worked great.
Humm... Id have thought that'd be a problem for the oil return as well. I'm suprised it doen't back up. We took the pan off and drilld/tapped for a -10 fitting on the pass. side of the pan above the oil level.
A pontiac GTP or other fwd exhaust manifold (cast iron) works great on the drivers side for a forward facing header. (turned upside down with slots on two of the holes. I had to make the one on the passenger side and the merge pipe that connects the two together for the turbo/mount.
Our down pipe go's through the lower crossmember to save on under car room and prevent anything from hitting it.
I've got pictures of most everything if you need them. UR50SLO@aol.com

any pics would be great. i was kinda thinking of just welding a pipe to the oil pan and running a rubber hose to it seems easier and should not be a problem since its jus a return and not pressure.
UR50SlO whad sice pipes did u use th make your pass. side and dementions?
also anything esls need to be moved besides p/s res. and heater lines?

you have to flip the power steering resovior around and you have move the heater lines...... but that simple stuff.....
have to zip tie a few things out of the way of hot pipes but that about it

Also, is that Statama anything special, or can I just get another fitting that works for the oi pan and use it b/c their's is $$?
I have one that I'll sell you for $25 shipped that comes with ALL fittings needed. Let me know if you are interested. I just ended up tapping my pan instead.
