Re: ASP Grooved pully
You have to call them and order it, not going to be on their website. It is something you have to request and tell them you want the horiz. grooved pulley and such

Re: ASP Grooved pully
I checked with them a couple of times and they want like $140 for a pulley which is ridiculous. I wonder if any has tried to groove their own.2004 CE Corvette 10.86@132mph

Re: ASP Grooved pully
It wouldn't be hard. My high school i went to had a machine shop that had the tools and programs to easily groove a pulley. I just would need to know how dep to make the grooves and how far apart they would be. Funny its $140 and pulleys usually cost around $65. and the other $75 would be for labor...but the machine does it all. lol1998 Red T-top V6 Camaro

Re: ASP Grooved pully
i dont see why anyone would need a grooved pulley at 6psi, the setup on mine with the bolt pushing the pulley for more tension has not slipped at all and im showing consistent around 7 all day long.1999 Firebird W68<br /> <a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/995565\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.cardomain.com/ride/995565</a> <br />-Derek

We made our own tensioner bracket that puts force on the side of the tensioner bolt to keep it from walking up the groove. With the JohnD wrap and only 6psi you shouldn't really see any slippage if the tensioner is tight.
When you start going to smaller pullies then slippage becomes more of an issue
