I am looking for a good yet cheap BOV. Meaning $30-$70. I'm not planning on running any more than 8 psi right now on a Vortech V9. I'd prefer a bosch style that connects to a 1" tube.

Also, where is the best place to put the BOV it in regards to the TB, Blower, IC piping etc.

Links / pics would be great.

yea a Bosch one is a cheap and good way to go, get them on ebay usually for less than 20 bucks. Comes stock on some turbo factory cars.

i second that on the bosch units, also factory DSM (talons, eclipse) BOV's work well and look good also i would mount it post intercooler pre throttle body as i think thats where most anyone mounts them
