I'd be concerned about the brand. Ebay turbos are known to grenade in a fairly short amount of time ;)

Good brands = Garrett (arguably the best), Master Power, Precision, Turbonetics, HKS

it came from a rear mount kit on another camaro. I am curious why do the ebay turbos fail? made cheaply? what makes the brand names better?

Years of R&D, they are very well made, good parts made of good good materials etc.

So i should be headed over to my tuning guys place tommarow to pick up my new turbo. And i lucked out to because it turned out to be a Turbonetics 62-1.
