turbo hot side piping... how much?

since my job search is well.. not going... i'm thinking of doing something around the house to make some money. i have a tig welder, a 3.8 camaro (97) access to a plasma cutter and a mandrel exhaust pipe bender and a ton of time...

if i made FFH's and the cross over with turbo mount....

what could/should i charge for them??

i'd snake the piping around the A/C hopefully...

would $300-400 be to much to charge?

the only thing i cant find are the sweet band type connectors i've seen on most of them.

Depending on what type of material you used, if I could keep my A/C and how well they are built I'd probably buy a set for $350.

$85 in just the 2 V-bands... hmmm.......

wait nevermind.. found another source for alot cheaper..


i'm gonna build 1 for myself..

would a 1200* header paint work?? maybe a wrap?

i could send them out to get coated but then the price would be alot more...

not really cheap ones but not $42/each.


would it be better to use the expensive ones but have to charge more for the headers?

i'm thinking maybe just option it??

expesive V-band, less exspensive v-band. and even offer a cheaper ball and socket type connection(have access to the machine to do that to)

i have to pick up an LM7(5.3) this weekend so i'm gonna be alittle busy.. but i'll try to get started maybe this friday...

i'm gonna hopeful weld up 5 sets.. the first 1 is gonna be a beeotch to get everyhting situated... then after that i should be able to fly through them...

price will be in the $350 ish range possibly $400... depending on if i can find the good vbands any cheaper

this weekend was a total bust. ran out of gas. welding shop was closed. didnt get anyhtign done...my garage is a total mess... to much sh!t that ISNT mine.... ERRR.. lol

90% is getting tossed into the snow. totally sick of it...

this week i should be able to get started.
