I don't suppose anybody has come up with a FFH setup for a 3.8 with AC that is affordable?

If I recall there were like 3 people who fabbed their own. Shane is one of them I forgot who the other 2 were. Unfortunately A/C delete was necessary.

              Re: Ffh

Their are a few who are making some from GTP manifolds which are cast iron , which will hold up to heat better for some Forward facing manifolds. Should be a nice budget choice for people who can't pay $1700, and can pay 1/3 rd of that for a FFM set. Also one guy is using stainless steel coating as a option on the cast iron which really makes the pipes stand out and they will keep your A/C which is great. I'm waiting on some right now but will start messing with some GTP manifolds since they were free, to see how they will go together and what is needed.

I'm working on it....!!!!!!! Also the LS1 throttle body/bracket/LT1 MAF so it can go pre-turbo. All very soon. I know the weather is starting to turn nice and i've also got customer car's that need to get back to them as well.

                    Re: Ffh

I just started making my own, both sides will be cast iron until it goes to some 2" flex pipes for each side then into the T3/T4 flange which has a T4 at the bottom and a spot for the wastegate in the center and has a T3 flange for the GT35R to mount on. The holes for the T4 on the bottom I'm going to use to support the turbo to the block and bottom of the radiator support. Since it has 4 holes I figure 2 going to the block and 2 going down to the radiator support. I will have the pass. side spot welded up with the crossover and have it tig welded. Then I'm going to have everything jet coated. I hope to have it done in a couple of months. Then I'm going to move my power steering res. for extra room and still have a little ways to go. Mine with the jet coating and evrything should come out to around $700-800 and that is with cast iron on the header sides which are alot thicker, should hold up to the heat better along with the coating.
