Some have ran over 20+ PSI and others run 10 PSI on stock motors, If your tunning is good and A/F with no KR, just depends on what your HP level you want. Built motor 20+ PSI easy, just depends on what you want to achieve, my goal is 350-400 WRHP, so maybe 10-12 PSI, I have a Built engine but I want to DD safely and not blow anything up so I won't be pushing it that much, I just want a mean street machine.LOL

^^ Agreed. I believe Caspernicus was/is running over 15 psi on a stock motor. Along with some other member running over 10 psi. You'll find that these blocks can handle a lot, and mistakes usually happen because of the tune or running lean.
