Mounting Big @SS intercooler= PAIN

Heres a pic of about how my 31 X 12 X 4" intercooler will be mounted. I'm hurting today so my wife is going to drive me up to the parts store to grab some longer bolts for the top. I need to grind the frame bars alitttle 1/4" both sides and then run the top bolts through and then connect steel bars on the bottom bolts and weld the ends to the frame. That should hold it pretty well. Here is a pic I took , not finished as I need to do the above first, will do more this weekend.

It was a pain I couldn't move my right leg without shooting pains going down my leg and through my back even got a minor headache and spit up some blood from my ulcer I think lying the wrong way. Pain meds don't always work when you need them the most.LOL It will be worth it , I'll take a few days off and rest up and start again this weekend, might not get the radiator in , but the intercooler will be mounted. I'll post progess pics this weekend. Thanks

I have a hyated herina and I have been getting stomach ulcers from the 35 pills I take, even though I drink about 2 gallons of milk a week. I still get ulcers I have had 3 now , and will see the Dr. again in the next week I think it is. I can't lay on my right side even sleeping or I will be puking. Just happened I was on a empty stomach and my ulcer was bleeding and thats what came up. I know they said my liver is enlarged because they gave me some medication that messed it up.

My wife takes about the same # of pills and she is retaining 40lbs worth of water in her body, esp. on her abdomen, but she does take some kind of pill that coats her stomach. I'll ask her what it is.

What's the flow rate on that intercooler?

Yea , I already take prilicsec for the stomach , but have been getting alot of ulcers lately. The one med which I gained 40 lbs messed my liver up , soon as they swiched it I dropped back down from the 40 lbs, but still have stomach problems , that are getting worse.

For the intercooler it is the same one Linx is running on his car so I think it should o just fine. I think from 1-15PSI .2 PSI drop and 15-30 PSI 1 PSI drop.

No, I had a stroke killed 25% of my right side of my brain from a birth defect in my heart (PFO) clot went through it and to the brain about 3 years ago messed my left side up and I'm left handed also. Went bak to worked limited duty about a year and still couldn't write well at all , started having muscle spams on my left side spascity which are side effects of a stroke. Then I started having back problems and found out I had another birth defect called a Pars efect or Spondolyis which I'm missing a couple of bones in the back that are suppose to help support it and had alot of deteriation in my dics and deformations in S1,L4,L5 discs so I haven't had any surgerys since the Drs. said rest up and see if it goes away.LOL What a joke so I take pills for my heart, chorlesterol, back, muscles spams , nerve pain , pain, sleeping pills , anxiety, depresson , blood thiners, gout I think that is all. I'm trying to get my heart closed this year if the Dr.s will get their @ss moving, then i will have my back done which they said , it might not do anything, might help some or it might make it worse where you might not walk. Great options. I should have had all this done along time ago but I think they were stalling on my heart surgery because its like 100,000 for the insurance Co. , my back is around the same or alittle more.I hate insurance Co.'s
