I still say you don't know what you'd be getting into. A gag would come in handy. Well now that I think about it, there's the solution to my problem. You can't have her anymore.

^ Yea I think I got it from there with alm. piping, which I might buy some more Alm. piping for $75 shipped can't beat the price. I think the intercooler was only like $150 something like that. It fits like a glove, I have the top bolts mount and then support the bottom with steel supports so it sits at a angle so air flow still comes up from the air damm. good 3-4".

i love their pipe with the rolled lip.. my vr4 kept blowing off my i c pipe @ the throttle body no matter how hard i torqued down the tbolt clamp.. swapped to their pipe no more :)

Thats good to hear, once I get the intercooler mounted I'm going to go ahead a run some of the piping since it will be easier with the front clip off. I'm going to put the pipes through the outsides of the air damm. It will help support the air damm and intercooler pipe. Just got back from Ace, bought my longer bolts and brackets 3" hole saw. I'm goign to do touch up painting today taking it easy and start tomorrow on the mounting. I grinded the frame down yesterday , took like 10 min. Now the intercooler fits right inside the frame rails , it should turn out pretty good I hope.

I stole a lot of people's license plate. So many people have told me they're very surprised it wasn't already taken. I'll let ya know if I ever retire it. It's only 10 extra bucks too.

This is useful information for me. I have the same size intercooler except 3" thick, so if I blatantly copy what you do, it should be 1" easier for me.:o
