How long have your 3.4 coils lasted? I replaced one at 240,000 and another at 245,000. Guess they were wore out. Runs like crap on 4 cylinders. guess I need to replace the last one at 250,000.

Re: Ignition coils
Went to Advance Auto and bought the Borg Warner brand. Since they are easy to change and I know what happens when they got bad, I'll just stick to one at a time. I don't figure that the car will last another set anyway. It's only got 1/4 million miles on it.

Yea it does. You need to pull the plug wires off of one of the coils and drive it around. Then put them back on and repeat that statement. Or not repeat it.
