Aren't they with the rest of the relays in one of the fuseboxes under the hood?

did they relocate that relay in the v6 within those 2 yrs, i think my 95 has it their

Check under the dead pedal. That's where it is in my '97 Firebird. You'll havve to pull the interior sill plate if the trim is similar. The sill trim starts by the seatbelt floor mount and runs all the way to the dead pedal.

no no no.

pop the hood, facing the front of the car, it is on the right, right near the positive jumper terminal. its labeled on the cover which relay is the fuel pump.
