I have about $350 to play with. I Wanna put it all on my car (99 Camaro bone stock). I am also interested in stereo stuff like subs and amps. Any suggestions on what i should do???

350 wont get you much stereo stuff, unless you can find good deals.

actually you can do a catback pretty cheap... buy the mandrel bent piping from slp or wherever i got it years ago, then go to a muffler shop have it welded and get a flowmaster muffler from them or buy a diff. muffler online. all they'll charge you really is for putting it up on the lift and labor..
i did my full exhaust for about 500 bucks total, including headers. and my headers are Ceramic Coated from Jet-Hot.
and get some nice tint. good appearance mod96 Camaro M5.
