5 PSI is very weak - with the new fuel pump, where did you get it and who manufactured it? Just because its new doesn't mean its quality. I had a brand new pump fail the first day and thank god the labor was covered by warranty. I'd recommend investing in a Walboro. The fuel filter takes 15 mins to replace and it could probably use that anyway but I wouldn't count on that solving a problem like that. Either your fuel pump is bad or your injectors or fuel rails are seriously clogged

try the ignition relay. i went and changed all the same stuff and spent over 2000 dollars and it ended up being the ignition relay.
