I have a little issue,i was sitting in my driveway in neutral and revved the car several times, the engine felt smooth as butter till you get to 3000 rpms ans especially when you let of a 3000 rpms, not really bad but enough to notice, but after that it is also smooth, could this be a bad motor mount, also forgot to mention at WOT the engine feels rough at high revvs like 5200 rpms, any ideas, the car is a 3.8 1996 with 128000 miles, the motor was changed and has about 20k but i dont think the idiots changed the old mounts, thanks.BTW anyone know why im fouling plugs,i fouled the ngk tr55 and bosch +2 platnums, whats a good plug?

Re: Slight problem
the ngk's shouldn't foul unless your getting to much furl or drenching them in oil. i never have had good luck with bosch plugs. i actually use autolites if i'm on a budget and ngk's if money isn't tight. that said i have run autolite's for the past 60k miles and my 96 has 165,00 miles
