Jet Chip Works For Me!!!

I was reading all the pros and cons on all the chips you can install so I decided to go with the stage 2 Jet chip for my 3.8 98 firebird..I installed it in about 10 minutes and started it up and tried it out.. Out of all the smaller mods i have done. This is probably the best mod i have ever done yet "for the smaller ones" I could tell a difference at start and I finally have a decent 3rd gear.. I got it used 70$ Shipped off this forum.. Good Deal.. Worth every penny!!

Yeah I had one of those.....till it went bad. I was on the interstate about 50 miles from home when it happened. But somehow it managed to fry my battery, and even with a brand new battery the car wouldn't start again until the chip was removed. i wouldn't have another one if someone paid me to take it.

I had mine in until a nice houston rain flooded the roads and a passing bus almost drowned the car and the chip got wet. stopped working...took it out and let it dry...haven't put it back in yet.
