Quick question regarding them...does anyone know if they can be rebuilt once they are done? or are you stuck buying a whole new unit?

and has anyone had any issues running these?

    Thanks,

    Mike.

I have one on my race car works great. Im thinking that its just a electric motor so you need it replaced. no really rebuild to it

is the electric motor something you can get seperatly?...Or what I was thinking is, is it the motor or the pump itself that ends up going bad?...if its the pump and not the motor that goes bad, then can that be replaced...

It's probably not feasible economically to try and fix it. Like most things these days, it's probably easier and cheaper to buy a new one, unless you happen to have spare parts laying around.

I haven't heard of anyone having to replace a bad one, usually outlast the car and get demodded to another car after that. I would imagine the fins or the motor itself fail like any other normal pump

they are rated that but go over that quite often. I would not be worried at all with putting one on a car. Everything fails eventually

Well I sent zzp a few emails, and they said that when it goes, I dont have to buy a new unit, that I could just get another motor or send it in, and that would be fine...but they dont think that billet motor will go out any time soon...they are apparently built to last...They also said they dont think there is much of a difference between the normal and HD unit...

That was all I needed to hear, so I bought my used unit lol...I just wanted to be sure that I was not going to be screwed in a 2-3 years if it needed to be replaced...
