The only performance mods i have done to my car are headers, my home made intake, and borla exhaust, and it was tuned by me, and i dyno'd at 215hp/234tq. Everyone elses numbers i have seen have been way lower than mine, and most cars with cam barely have 215hp, even the other v6 camaro's i dyno'd with that had the same mods, why is this?

Re: Is my car a freak?
That is always a possibility. Although, I'm sure a lot of it could be in your tuning, or maybe even the type of dyno you used. Being a manual car will also help to keep your numbers up versus the lower numbers of an automatic.'99 Camaro

I would say someone before you had engine work done. Something isn't normal. I was questioning it last time I came across your power and times

Re: Is my car a freak?
if you already have headers on your car, you will see night and day difference, i tuned my buddies car last weekend and he has shaved lid/headers/and a blowmaster and he says it feel so much smoother and can feel a good difference in power, let me know if you come down to austin

Re: Is my car a freak?
You made a fiberglass air lid? I've done a little work with fiberglass and was considering trying a smooth bellow, but ended up just making a mess with that green foam stuff haha. Those fumes are pretty noxious though, I wonder if it's helping power haha.94 Camaro convertible -- mostly stock
