I keep getting a cylinder #3 misfire,i changed the plugs, the wires, the coils(accel)and the ICM and i even swap the places of the injectors,i put the #3 injector in #2's place and still #3 missfires, what could be my problem,i do have a small exhaust leak by the y pipe flanges but im not sure if it's a leak or the misfire, when i put my head near the engine bay i can hear the miss form the header by #3 and it has new gaskets and tightend all the way so can anyone help, please im soo sick of this ****.

Do you have a stock tune?

Try doing a case relearn. You normally get a random missfire code but it may help.

reload the stock tune and see if it goes away. How does the spark plug look?

spark plug could be over tightened, undertightened, cross threaded, gapped improperly, or seated improperly

also, is the spark plug wire too close to your headers? could be burning it up without you knowing.

just some things to check.. be thankful you only have it on 1 cylinder ;)

im gonna try the tune, but the plugs are fine and the wires aren't burn't but the booth is really close to the header and sometimes touches it,but it's high temp and does not burn.

also check the electrode on the plug, if it is not centered correctly it might not be firing like it should
