found coolant on intake

hey ya'll-i was replacing the windshield wiper motor yesterday when i noticed a very small puddle of coolant on each side of my intake manifold-just on each lower side of where it says 3800II-any thoughts-this may sound like a dumb question but i'm hoping it doesn't mean the same bad thing it means on the old school small block chevy engines i'm used to messing with-just wishful thinkin??

well, when it rains it drains onto the top of the engine. has it been raining the past couple of days?

Unless it is water like previously stated i am gonna go with a leaking plenum gasket. There is a large o-ring in betweeen the upper and lower intake manifolds as well as the paper gasket, sometimes they leak. easy fix if thats the case.

that aswell, i found my paper one cracked and broken when i took it apart the first time. the little orange and black o rings were shot too!

mine too you might want to replace the head gaskets to save trouble for later

thanks for the info ya'll-i'll try to get her over to my buddy's garage & have him help me give her a through check up-plenum/upper intake/paper gasket/o ring---got it-been smelling faint whif of anti freeze-thought the rad might have a pinhole leak-might be "d. all of the above"-lol-thanks again
