    walbro 255 lph pump about 100 bucks free install if you do it yourself

      its a PITA if you don't have a lift , but if you pay some one its from $500-$900

            Yeah but was going to do that trap door thing but I was worried I would smell gasoline . But isn't the fuel pump in different places for different years ?

              the only way you'll smell gas is if you have a leak ... which would need to be fixed anyway


              if you search the forum you can find picture of both locations of the fuel pumps ...

                Trap door FTW, no gas smell my dremel made some sparks and nothing and I made a deadmat door for it and taped it on. Really easy, make sure you cut more by the disconnect lines makes it easier.

                    I too have done the trap door when I did my pump install and it was easy, nothing to it. Just take your time and becareful.

                          yep pretty easy really did my fuel pump and my removed buddies gas tank in his cherokee in a matter of 2 hours or so

                            That depends on the year and tank model. I believe you have a Metal 15.5 tank, the 16.5 Plastic Tanks however do require additional stuff... it's better to get a racetronix kit for them.
