Only thing I see as a possible flag is that the second listing is described as OEM, however doesn't list a part number. I would email the seller and ask for it if you have any thought that it isn't ACDelco (the seller never mentions this though).
Assuming the description is correct, it sure beats the $150-$200 at the local auto parts store.
Don't forget to pick up a gasket when you change it out.
As per the first listing, it just sounds too cheap. Don't know why, just get a bad vibe from it. (I actually saw that same item on ebay last week and passed it by).
