Hey guys. My Service engine soon light popped on tonight for the first time on my 2001 Bird. I took it out of storage 3 days ago and it sprung tonight out of nowhere. The car was recently at the dealership yesterday, getting its "wakeup" maintenance. I have added a raptor hood and RAM AIR assembly last year. I have also added 17" wheels. 2 months ago I added a 3" flow through CAT with a 3" Magnaflow CAT back exhaust system. I had it out for about 2 hours after exhaust installation and havn't moved it since. Lastnight I have added 93 Octane instead of the usual 92. I am mentioning this because these are the things that could possibly set that light to come on according to the manual. Could two days of actual driving with my new exhaust system, combined with the other mods finally set this light to come on? Or would it of come on sooner like lastnight or the night before, if that were the case? I have also purchased a JET PCM Stage II. Would this solve the prob? Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.
