need to know where to start stil will not run put in new fuel pump,filter, and still will not run only get 5 psi at the fuel rail and i know thats not right can some one help please:mad:

no, you need to check your fuel pressure regulator and the vacuum line attached to it. its on the fuel rail.

so, you checked your fuel pressure with the key on and the engine off and you got 5psi?
can you hear the fuel pump kick on for a few seconds when you turn the key on?

how do i check the fpr i check the fuel prssure on the other side of the rail

Does your car start at all? the only check i know for the fpr is when the car is idling, you hook a vacuum pump to the fpr and pull a little vacuum while monitoring the fuel pressure and see if the pressure drops as it should. you could just try replacing the fpr, i think they're around $45. It's hard to say for sure without looking at your car though, something could be wrong with your new fuel pump.

there a fpr on ebay for 68.99 and its adj think it will work

I'd go for a standard fpr. And yeah they're about exactly 45 bucks from autozone.
