I was driving down Highway 27 at about 8:45 and got up to this really long straight stretch. There was no one on the road for miles either way so I decided to punch it and see how fast my car would go. I got up to 118 expecting it to shut off but the car kept going. It went all the way to 125 where it pegged and my rpms continued to rise. It felt like I might be going anywhere from 130-140 before I let off for fear of something breaking. My question is, what happened to my speed limiter? Why didn't it shut off at 118 like it was supposed to? I don't have any programming done on my computer and it has always shut off at 118 before. I don't know if this is a bad or good thing.

Maybe it broke. If you're lucky, you might be able to get it fixed by the dealership..... ;)

P.S. My speed limiter is the one thing I wouldn't mind breaking.
