What kind of gas milage are you getting? set your trip the next time you fill up... Miles divided by Total Gallons gives you MPG I think. Also what year is your car? Is your car hesitating? Do you have a hard time starting it up? Plugs and Wires can be the primary but not ONLY source of misfires... I cured my last misfire issue... by replacing a dieing battery...

Just to specify divide by Total Gallons you put in it. Miles driven / gallons used. This is important when trying to decide if your getting bad gas mileage and exactly how bad.Originally posted by Need4Camaro:

I agree with everyone else about the wires and o2's. How long has it been since you changed the fuel filter and the differential fluid? I know they can effect gas mileage too.Comment

im gettin bad mileage too! i dunno wut the problem is, i have a 99 'maro, with around 50000 miles on her. im gettin around 200 miles per tank. i dunno if its the way i drive it? alot of city driving, and sometimes fast accelerations, or wut do i need to check? and how much would it cost?Bada Bing...Comment

Mine got to be so bad it felt like someone was running into the back of me. It had no power. It got so bad the day I replaced the plugs and wires it was undriveable.
