An act of God......
no, j/k. I know a 50 shot of nitrous would give your car 50 hp at the flywheel.
If you're going N/A you won't make it without extensive engine work, but here are some mods that will definitely improve your hp:
1) Headers, (I see you have a high-flow cat), 2.5" or 3" piping
2) An aggressive cam
Remember, flywheel horsepower is not as important as RWHP, so get back some of the hp that you're losing to the drivetrain:
1) Aluminum driveshaft (decreases rotational mass in the drivetrain, giving you more rwhp.)
2) Do you have an automatic or M5? If you're auto, get a nice torque converter (look in sig, mine is shipping now.)
The goal is to make your car faster, not necessarily give it more horsepower. Weight reduction also works well, but doing the small weight reduction mods means you have to go all the way, don't just do a couple of little things, you have to go the whole nine yards.
Look at guys like 12secondv6, Magnus, and Camaro_Zach: they're not making 250 flywheel horsepower, but two of them run n/a 13s, and one runs a low n/a 14. They did this through some of the mods I just listed and through extensive weight reduction.

Assuming your going to go N/A, you could hit 250 with full intake, full exhaust, cam, and perhaps a tuning device like a maft+.
That combined with some luck will get you there (at the very least it will likely get you there w/ some 100 octane gas)
If that fails you could look into underdrive pulleys. Port & Polished heads from zzperformance.com or supersixmotorsports.com (you could also get the intakes done, but not going to help as much as heads).
