There is a bulb in the back of the board. You just twist the bulb out.

theres no bulb to twist out like some of them have. i dont want to tear into eaither since im not that techi to put it back together lol. i tried pulliing the fuses out and nothing. i also tough about removing the module that located under the center counsil but idk if that will make the light turn of???

You could try resetting the system... with key off and out of ignition

            1. remove airbag fuse
            2. disconnect driver's side and passenger side airbag by disconnecting the two plugs
            a. driver's side is a 2 prong yellow connector at the base of the steering column
            b. passenger side is found behind/under the glovebox and is the same kind of
            connector
            3. reconnect both, and reinstall fuse
            4. start the car and see if the light turned off...

Nevermind, checked your profile and saw it is a 1997.

The bulb is removable. You have to remove the cluster, then in the back of the cluster you need to remove the black plastic cover, then just twist out the appropriate bulb.

                That's it...
