alright dont make 3 dupluicate posts bad idea. 2.8s dont have a lot of aftermarket. find a cold air and a catback, maybe a low temp thermo. i know there are cams made for it, but that car will never be fast.

build a ram air setup with your stock airbox, its pretty easy. I found some square to round AC ducting things at home depot that fit the lower air box perfect, then ran them through the bumper support and straight to the grill.

        Then obviously exhaust.

You can look into gears, lsd and a lighter driveshaft as well.

Later down the road could even look at a 3.4L swap as well.

also not sure if its worth it but in 86 they went to a single belt serpetine setup over a 3 belt system that your car has, might be able to snag what you need at a junkyard and put it in.

But I am not sure if its worth the trouble or not to do it.

Untrue, at Gathering 9 in Atlanta I came across a 2.8 3rd Gen V6 that would have easily handed my *** to me in the 3.8, Intake, Exhaust, Heads, Cam, it was LOUD... Don't let people's oppionions like these sway your goals...

Nice looking car you got there. I like the louvers on the older camaros a lot, looks like yours is in good shape, and nice price.
