Ok, go to the engine bay and on the drivers side, un cradle the fuse box from the frame. There is a little green wire going into the cooling fan 1 relay. Tap into that wire and run the spliced wire inside ur car however you would like. Now get a switch (an SPST one, it has 2 prongs) Now inside ur car just find a place to mount it and take off ur fuse panel for the inside of ur car. Run a wire from the center prong to the fuse box, and wrap it around a 15amp fuse leg, and just plug it back in, making sure to tap it into the wire u used to tap into the cooling fan relay. Now run a wire from the other prong to a ground and ground it. If you want an LED, just tap into the wire u used as a power, and put an LED in (making sure the anode is the leg is the one that will get the power first. Now check to see if it works while ur car is on. If you have any problems just ask and I'll try to Help

When I did mine it was a PITA, the switch I got was so small, it was to work with, I did mine a slightly different way. It took me a good 3 hours to do everything. (Yea I know, im slow) I don't think half an hour is adequate.
