    Hi guys,
Alright here's what happened. Today I was pulling out of a corner store near me and as I was pulling onto the road (it's on a bit of a slope) I'm not sure what happened but I just heard a loud "BANG!" as my car pulled onto the road. It was a bang, not a scrape like you would hear if bottoming out on a speed bump. The noise seemed to only be coming from around the left front wheel. What could make this noise? I checked my car visually afterwards but found no visible damage. What could I have done? I'm thinking that maybe I banged my wheel into the wheel well or something...any ideas?

How is your car driving/handling after the bang?

Is your car kinda bogging out while your driving it? Maybe just a back fire?

Thanks for the help guys. I just drove by there today in the daytime and see exactly what happened. The place where I was coming down had a curb there that I didn't see because it was dark out. Instead of going down the gradual slope and onto the road I rolled over the curb, then got onto the road. While rolling over the curb, that explains the "bang." I think I most likely just hit my frame or something...my car runs absolutely fine. Tomorrow I'm going to lift in my auto shop class and see if I did anything to the undercarriage. I don't think I did but it's better to be safe I guess.
