The old code trick with the jumper for 3rd gens, anyone know if there is the same type for 4th gens? Same issue don't feel like burning the 100$ to have it scanned. I think I already know what it is, but I would like to be certain of all issues.

Jumpering the pins on the diagnostic port to get it to flash the SES? No, it doesn't work on the 4th Gen cars.1994 Firebird 3.4<br />15.65 @ 86.8<br /><a href=\"http://www.funkz.net/firebird.htm\" target=\"_blank\">funkz.net/firebird</a><br /><a href=\"http://mywebpages.comcast.net/funkz/timeslips.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Timeslips</a>

doesn't work... and it seems like a huge pain to get codes scanned in a obdI 4th gen.
If you had obdII you could just go to autozone.-Eric<br /><a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/id/mustangeater82\" target=\"_blank\">2000 NBM V6 Camaro 5-speed</a> T-top <i>converted</i><br /><b>14.467@95.45mph</b> <i>$0 in mods</i><br /><i>The member formerly known as MustangEater8251</i>
