Estimate of Cost to Change Spark Plug, Wires, 1 o2sensor, from a dealer.

    I understand that. I don't understand why a copper plug of the same heat range as a non-copper plug could have any significant effect on that.

        i don't understand why, but copper does not spark as hot as platinum. heat range for heat range, the spark is slightly colder.

                But, even if that was true, the heat of the gasoline burning is _huge_ by comparison. So how could the spark affect the gasket?

                I'm honestly not trying to give you a hard time, I'm interested if there's something going on I'm not understanding.
