What level of perfomance mods do you plan for your car?
Re: What level of perfomance mods do you plan for your car?
This should probably go in the lounge, but until it is moved...
Right now, my Firebird is pretty much stock. But after I'm done, performancewise, it will have an LS1 and a T56 in it, true duals, and a cam and heads. I already have the donor car for the swap. Also, a totally upgraded suspension. Appearancewise, I want to get my front bumper repainted, put the T/A hatch on, drop it, new rims..something like C6Z06 replicas, and an aftermarket hood..most likely WS6.
Re: What level of perfomance mods do you plan for your car?
Just installed Bilstein shocks (myself). Now that the car rides better than new, I can't say I have any upgrades planned, unless I happen to find a steal on a z28 donor. I really like the look of the car stock and happy enough with it's torqueish yet whoafully underpowered 3.4 v6.
I'm going with the unimaginative unavailable option of "No future mods planned - do all the maintenence myself."

Re: What level of perfomance mods do you plan for your car?
Let's see what I have done so far :
Rebuilt motor, headers, .030 over pistons, Flowmaster catback as far as motor related stuff goes. I just repainted my front end because of my fender bender. Interior is next on the list for me - new dash, roof. Pioneer CD ftw.
Going to do :
Tuurbo my 3.8L, maybe cam it, interior overhaul, paint the rest of my car and chrome rims, maybe WS6 hood.
I voted on option 5.

Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
